We recommend booking at least 3 months before your event to secure your date. Popular weekends and holidays fill up fast. A 50% deposit is required at booking to lock in your date.
Yes — we deliver, set up and break down everything once your event is done. Delivery is included with all full-service packages. Any delivery fees for venues further from Harrison, NJ are confirmed upfront with no surprises.
Absolutely — every design is fully custom. We work with your exact color palette, theme and vision. Color selections are finalized at booking so we can source the right materials for your event.
Yes — completely free and no obligation. We discuss your vision and provide a custom design mockup at no cost. You only commit if you love it. Consultations are available via our inquiry form, phone, or Instagram DM.
Because all our balloon décor is air-filled, your decorations can last 1 to 2 weeks indoors when kept away from direct sunlight, heat and sharp objects. This is significantly longer than helium-filled alternatives.
We bring extra balloons to every setup for minor replacements during installation. Once setup is complete and we have left the venue, responsibility for the décor transfers to the client.
We can work outdoors, but we cannot guarantee balloon quality in extreme heat, wind or humidity. We will always provide professional guidance for your specific venue and conditions during the consultation.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it secures your date and we begin planning your design immediately. If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability, and your deposit transfers to the new booking.
Our Grab & Go is a fully built, air-filled balloon arrangement ready for you to pick up and display yourself. Options include wall garlands (using command hooks), freestanding garlands on stands, and table arrangements. All hanging materials are included, and the stand is yours to keep.
We are based in Harrison, NJ and serve Harrison, Kearny, Newark, Jersey City, Hoboken, Secaucus, Bayonne, Millburn, Montclair, Clifton and surrounding New Jersey areas. Additional delivery fees may apply for venues further afield and are always confirmed upfront.
