We bring extra balloons to every setup for minor replacements during installation. Once setup is complete and we have left the venue, responsibility for the décor transfers to the client. For this reason, we recommend keeping décor away from sharp objects, direct heat and rough surfaces.
We can work outdoors, but we cannot guarantee balloon quality in extreme heat, wind or humidity. We will always provide professional guidance for your specific venue and weather conditions during the consultation, so you can make the most informed decision for your event.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and we begin planning and sourcing materials immediately. If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability, and your deposit transfers to the new booking.
Our Grab & Go is a fully built, air-filled balloon arrangement ready for you to collect from Harrison, NJ and display yourself. Options include wall garlands (using command hooks), freestanding garlands on stands, and table arrangements. All hanging materials are included, and the stand is yours to keep permanently.
